POSTAGE AND DELIVERIES 

Items ordered from within the United Kingdom will be delivered as soon as possible within the requested dispatch date as per your order. Items are delivered first class by Royal Mail. Please refer to delivery and returns section of website for information on delivery options.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days of your order subject to availability. If goods are unavailable we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. (Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).

We will endeavor to deliver your items within the requested timescales within a maximum of 28 days. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time and a refund will be given for the item(s).

Deliveries outside of the UK
We may be able to deliver goods to you outside of the UK. This may take up to 10 days for European Counties and up to 28 days for distant locations. If you require delivery overseas please contact us for a quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item that was purchased on-line or by post because it is unsuitable, or you wish to exchange it for another product, then you need to return the item in its original packaging with a copy of the delivery note within 7 working days of receipt. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) as requested. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery costs of returning the item to us, unless the product is faulty, or we delivered the wrong item to you in error. All returned goods must be new and unused. We regret that we cannot accept the return of items that have been taken overseas but that you now want to return because they were not used on your trip.

In accordance with UK law, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any medicines or kits containing medicines or anti-malarial tablets.

Goods purchased over the counter in our clinics need to be returned to the clinic where you made the purchase within 7 days. We regret that we cannot accept the return of items purchased over the counter that have been taken overseas, but that you now want to return because they were not used on your trip.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you wish to return an item because it arrived in a damaged or faulty condition, then please notify us immediately and return the item to us within 7 working days or receipt, complete with delivery note informing us of what the fault is. If we receive no such notification from you, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with your order. Damaged or faulty goods returned to us within the specified 7 day period will be refunded, including the cost of return delivery charges incurred by you.
